Our returns & refund policy is strictly 14 days

 

If your product is received damaged, faulty or not to your liking please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact us using the contact form, calling us on 01865 322147 or email help@sit.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

 

For faulty or damaged products, the shipping costs are covered by sit.uk and we will contact you to arrange collection and delivery of a replacement.

For products not to your liking, to be returned or exchanged, the buyer will be responsible for arranging and paying their own shipping costs.

Products are only eligible for a return if unused, in complete and original packaging and same condition as received.

Sit.uk are unable to offer a refund or exchange beyond 14 days from your purchase.

Any return requests, or products returned after the 14 day period are not eligible for refund or return.

All made to order items can not be cancelled or refunded after 48 hours from time of order and are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Where applicable, if your product is eligable for a refund and collection/return is authorised, the collection will be arranged by Sit.uk and the buyer will receive details regarding collection date and courier details.

Product is returned in complete, original and undamaged packaging, both internal and external.

Notification of approval (or rejection) of your refund will be made once your return is received and inspected.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 28 days of Sit.uk receiving the returned product.

 

Warranty Policy

Sit.uk warrants all products and parts against defects in materials and construction for a minimum of 12 months from date of receipt. Extended warranty periods may apply, see specific product details. During this period, sit.uk will repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the buyer.

Any shipping costs incurred from returns for under-warranty service in the first 14 days will be paid by Sit.uk. Outside of the 14 day period, all shipping costs to and from Sit.uk are paid by the buyer.
