Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery to UK Mainland addresses on all task chairs, with the exception of Scottish Highlands., Scottish Islands, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery charges. Contact us for more details.

Nationwide Deliveries

Sit.uk use various courier services as well as our own fleet for delivery. Timescales will vary depending upon chair model. Estimated delivery times are displayed on individual product pages. Deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Once your order is ready for despatch we aim to deliver within 2 working days but will contact you to advise of the delivery date in advance. Unless stated otherwise, chairs are delivered boxed, for simple final self-assembly.

Overseas Customers

Regrettably, we do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK but any overseas customers can still arrange collection from our UK warehouse.

Payment

Payment is required at point of ordering, via secure online payment gateway. We accept Visa and Manstercard credit and debit cards, plus bank transfers if requested. We do not currently accept Amex.

Delivery+

For selected post code areas, we offer our premium Delivery+ option. Your new chair is delivered by an experienced member of our team, fully assembled ready for immediate use. The chair is demonstrated in person, with all packaging removed and taken away. Additional charges apply and option offered upon checkout for qualifying delivery areas. 

 

As part of our wider business, we work with HR, office and facilities managers and provide office fit-out projects and workplace refurbishment solutions, from initial project consultation to space and CAD planning, through to completed installation.

 

In addition to our own 50 years' experience, we also work alongside interior designers and manufacturers to deliver larger scale projects, offering our commercial clients a single source solution for today's ever changing and modern working environments.
